Coloradans are known to be active and healthy, but let’s face it: even we can’t turn down a treat once in a while! While a solution can always be found with store-bought desserts, there’s nothing quite like the homemade baked goods you can get at this Colorado farmer’s market:
In these uncertain times, please keep safety in mind and consider adding destinations to your bucket list at a later date.
Welcome to the charming Fruita Farmer’s Market!
Located at – you guessed it! – Fruita, the Fruita Farmers Market is a seasonal market that “features a variety of farming, artisan vendors, and family-friendly activities!”
Like all great farmers’ markets, Fruita is packed with fresh local produce (Palisade peaches, anyone?), but they also feature amazing bakers and their fabulous homemade creations.
Featuring bakers from across the region and state, there’s a baked treat for everyone at the Fruita Farmers Market, including breakfast favorites, fancy desserts and everything in between.
Pictured is a drool-worthy baklava from Linda’s Delicious Baklava.
I’ll take one of each, please!
In addition to mouth-watering treats, the Fruita Farmers Market also offers local produce, entertainment and games for kids, handcrafted gifts and more.
