KANSAS CITY – Consumer brands are showcasing winter flavors in limited edition launches.
Holiday cookies such as gingerbread, gingerbread and snickerdoodle inspire new products in a wide range of categories, including microwave popcorn, ready-to-eat oats, cream ice cream and soft drinks. Ferrara, a company linked to the Ferrero Group, presents the limited edition Keebler Gingerbread Fudge Stripes cookies, combining the flavors of vanilla fudge and freshly baked gingerbread.

Death Wish Coffee Co. has created a new holiday themed roast. Gingerdead comes out of the makers of “the world’s strongest coffee” and infuses ginger and warm brown spice notes and cinnamon into the beans. The product is available in 12-ounce ground bags and 10-unit single-serve mugs at deathwishcoffee.com.

Spiceology adds blackberry balsamic vinegar to its portfolio of signature spice blends. The product combines the tang of balsamic vinegar and the tangy sweetness of blackberries with garlic and onion and can be used on a variety of dishes, according to the company.
