The Christmas Open House at Poplar Springs School will be held December 4 and 11, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Poplar Springs is located at 660 Ijames Church Road (between US 601 and Sheffield Road).
New Union UMC’s NOW committee raffles a large gift basket with over $ 500 worth of merchandise. The basket consists of a birdhouse condo, Christmas items, gift cards and more. Tickets cost $ 1 each. Wesley Chapel UMC sells TerriLynn nut products including pecan chunks and halves, mixed nuts, black walnuts, English walnuts, chocolate coated peanuts and raisins, sweet and savory mixes and cranberry granola.
