Pastry chef Amaury Guichon’s chocolate creations don’t just look delicious, they feed the soul’s sweet tooth.

Guichon, a French chocolate lover, has captivated millions of viewers on TikTok with his huge chocolate statues, including dragons, clocks, cellos and even a 150-pound shark.

“This man is an engineer at this point,” one person commented on Guichon’s page, which has 14.7 million followers.

Guichon grew up in France near the Swiss border, according to her online biography. His passion for pastries took him across Europe and eventually to the United States, where he now lives in Las Vegas.

He also hosted the Netflix series “School of Chocolate” in November 2021, according to his bio.

Guichon’s creations can often take days, but the chef makes the process quick and easy in his TikTok edits.

“You always bring a high level of detail,” one person commented on Guichon’s giant chocolate squid sculpture.

“I can’t even make a simple chocolate cake and you make a whole chocolate giraffe,” another person joked. “Good work.”
