How a father and daughter honor the recipes of their ancestors.

ALL OVER. I WILL KNOW WHEN THE DOUGH IS READY. JUST BECAUSE I HAVE DONE SO MANY TIMES AND THERE IS SOME MOISTURE TO MAKE. DAVID SHORE HAS SAVED COUNTLESS HOURS IN THE KITCHEN KNURLING DOUGH AND HONORING HIS ANCESTORS THROUGHOUT THE YEARS. YOU CANNOT HURRY. DO MY GRANDMOTHER EMIGRATED FROM SWEDEN IN 1897. SHE LIVED UP TO 92 YEARS AND I MEET TO VISIT AND ENTER HER KITCHEN. AND IT’S A WONDERFUL WEAPON. AND THIS JUST COOKING AND FURNISHING THE MEAL AND SHE ALWAYS BAKES BREAD. ONE OF THE REDS IS SWEDISH RYE. OLIVIA’S LIMPA RECIPE, AS IT HAS BECOME KNOWN, TAKEN DAVID YEARS TO PERFECT THE LAMP. I WASN’T THEY WHO WAS A BIG PART OF GROWING UP. AS I SAID YOU KNOW MY FATHER WILL START DOING JUST AFTER THANKSGIVING. LOT AFTER LOT. AND JUST WHO FEELS I AM BASICALLY NOL NOW MORE THAN FRIENDS AND RELATIVES LEARN TO GOTER. SPICY SWEET BREAD BECAUSE DADVI AND HIS DAUGHTER, JENNY HAVE TAKEN FAMILY RECIPES TO THE NEXT LEVEL FROM. SWEATER DOESWE SDISH PASTRY PRODUCTS. BRING SWEDISH COOKIES, BREADS AND BAKERY TO LOCAL AND FAR AWAY PEOPLE. AND ONE OF THE PRODUCTS USUAYLL SELLING VERY QUICKLY IN THE MARKET IS MY CINNAMON SMALL PASTA. THEY ARE CALLED CANA BULLER. THEY ARE A LITTLE DIFFERENT FROM MOST, YOU KNOW, KIND OF SWEET GOOEY. CINNAMON BRIOCHES. THERE IS SOMETHING YOU KNOW, CREATE SOMETHING FROM ZERO, ESPECIALLY RECEIVE AS SOMETHING. SO WONDERFUL THAT WE BOTH LOVE TO DO TOGETHER. DAVID HAD JUST RETIRED WHEN JENNY ASKED HIM, HIS THOUGHTS WERE TAKING THEIR PASTRY PRODUCTS ON THE ROAD TO FEED A LARGER AUDIENCE. I WAS LIKE, WHAT DO YOU THINK OF THIS DADDY? AND THEN IT IS LIKE, LET’S DO IT. LET YOURSELF KNOW, MAKE SWEDISH PASTRY PRODUCTS FROM OUR FAMILY RECIPES. AND THEN WHEN YOU ASK SOMEONE WHO JUST RETIRED, IF THEY WANT TO DO SOMETHING LIKE THIS, YOU MUST BE READY TO GO. I WANT THE WEBSITE TO RESEARCH EVERYTHING THEY KNEW THAT ERTH WAS MANY GREAT BAKERS, BUT NO ONE IN THE AREA MAKES TRADITIONAL SWEDISH CHICKEN PRODUCTS. I HAVE SWEDISH ANCESTORS FROM BOTH STATES OF MY FAMILY. MY MOM’S FOR GRAND-PARENTS EMIGATED FMRO SWENDE IN CHICAGO, AND HERER H GRAND-MOTHER. MY GREAT-GRANDMOTHER WAS CLOSED AND SHE HAD A BAKERY IN CHICAGO, MY GRANDMOM HELEN LOVES TO BAKE, AND TOP WAS ONE OF THE PEOPLE WHO TAUGHT ME TO COOK THE NAMES OF BAKERY PRODUCTS MAY NOT RING FAMILIAR. BA HANNIBAL OUR BUBBLE. OUR BRAIDS OF CARDOMAM, PURCHASED INGREDIENTS AND FLAVORS ARE NOT TOO EXOTIC OF WHOLE MILK. LO OTSF WAYS, MUCH BETTER. WE KNOW YOU TO USE EITHER ALL PURPOSE FLOUR OR BREAD FLOUR. AND THEN YOU KNOW, BY ADDING THE SORTING, THE SPICES ARE THE MOTTO IS TO GOT LOVE. Well we put together DEMA WITH LOVE, BUT ALSO JUST TO SHARE IT WITH PEOPLE AND PEOPLE WHO MAY HAVE THESE MEMORIES OF OWN DRAW OF OWN ASCENDENCE, BUT ALSO PRESENT SOMETHING TO SOMEONE WHO HAS NEVER TASTED BEFORE REQUEST THEIR CONTINUOUSLY GROWTH OVER THE LAST FOUR YEARS. THEY HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS. NOW IT APPEARS TO BE SUNDAY MONDAY, YYY TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY, FRIDAY. NOW THEY TWO PARTS OF THE COUNTRY ARE SELLING TO THE SUMMER AND WINTER FARMERS ‘MARKET IN MILFORD WHERE THEY LOVE THE CONNECTIONS THEY HAVE WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS. THEY WILL SAY, YOU KNOW, I CAN IMAGINE MY GRANDMOTHER. JENNY AND DAVID NEVER THOUGHT THAT AN OLD FAMILY RECIPE WOULD LEAD THEM ON THIS WAY, BUT THEY SAY HE LOVED WHAT THEY DO AND THEY THINK HDAUL WOULD BE RIGHTLY PROUD TOO. I THINK SHE WOULD BE BLOWN
