Both serums are sulfate, silicone, phthalate, paraben, alcohol and fragrance free.
I’m just going to go out and say it: my skin is a finicky beast. Some days it’s greasy, other days it’s scaly and incredibly dry, which it usually is. Some days it’s stained and uneven, other days it’s okay, you know. BUT since I introduced these two dream formulas into my daily routine about two months ago, I have definitely noticed a significant difference. (Because the only thing I’ve learned about skin care is it’s a marathon, not a race, folks.)
So let’s go to the details: Vitamin C serum has a watery consistency that immediately melts into the skin, while leaving it with a healthy, fresh glow. Hyaluronic acid, on the other hand, certainly has a thicker texture and leaves a slight tacky residue when applied, but which wears off after a quick minute. A few drops of each is enough to treat my Sahara-like dryness and feel like I have a deluge of hydration on my skin.
Together, (vitamin C in the morning / hyaluronic in the evening), I definitely noticed an improvement in my skin tone and texture. My skin looks more plumped, unified and luminous, * and * I even notice some minor improvements in my post-acne discolorations (just have a look before and after!).
